So, your team needs a sub for the game? No problem, we allow registered teams to use substitute players for any league!

• Substitute players are permitted to participate in one game by registering prior to the game time.
  
  
• To register as a one-time sub, submit form below (2pm Friday for weekend games).
  
  
• Subs are required to check-in with a Referee or League Manager prior to playing.
  
  
• You must wear your own shirt close to the team color.

• Subs are permitted to play in playoff games.  Subs must have played during the regular season.  Teams may not play with more subs than rostered players in any playoff game.  Teams are not allowed to bring in new players for any playoff game.  Doing so will result in the forfeit of the game.
